Bluebells in Bunny Woods

It’s bluebell time again! This is a painting of part of a small coppice in the village of Bunny in Nottinghamshire which in May is carpeted with a misty haze of blues, lavenders and violets.

If I can convince my husband that he needs a drive out for some fresh air, we’ll go and have a little look to see if the bluebells are out again.
